Periodic Accounting and Financial Reporting
With a periodic bookkeeping system, you send your financial information to us periodically (generally at the end of the month). We input your information into a ledger and prepare financial report subsequent to your delivery of source documents.
Real-Time Accounting and Financial Reporting
With a Real-Time Accounting, you no longer have to wait until the end of the business cycle to find out how your business is performing. Your source documents are accounted on a real-time basis (Real-Time Bookkeeping) therefore your accounts are ready for your review timely. Based on your demand your daily, weekly and monthly financial reports or financial data will be prepared and sent to your.
Onsite & Offsite Model
Cerebra's onsite-offsite model allows you to enjoy the benefits of highly-skilled offshore professionals with a relatively lower-cost without compromising corporate knowledge, internal control, or increasing risks.
Certain percent of the total personnel originally performing the function become employees of
Cerebra and remain onsite working at your premises. These personnel are generally the same as those previously responsible for the function, which helps to maintain institutional knowledge. These onsite professionals manage the day-to-day needs, exceptions, process improvements, change management, and all interactions with our client's executives and other departments. The remaining work is performed by an offsite team at the premises of
Cerebra, where each person on the team is entirely dedicated to you. All communication with our offsite staff is handled directly by our onsite staff. Our clients always have a direct onsite contact and never needs to communicate with the offsite portion of the team.
